IPS e.max

A lithium disilicate ceramic material that has single handedly changed the game in restorative dentistry. Premier esthetics and incredible strength (400 MPa of flexural strength) sets IPS e.max apart in terms of esthetics and strength all in one unit. We offer layered & monolithic options depending on doctor and patient preference.

Zirconia

Looking for strength? This is your crown. Zirconia crowns are monolithic solid zirconia whose strength exceeds 2000 MPa in the posterior (five times stronger than e.Max) and 700 MPa in the anterior…all at a lower lab cost than e.Max! The esthetics of BruxZir Anteior are unreal!

The digital age of dentistry is upon us and we consider our digital experts to be on the forefront of CAD/CAM technology. Already have chair side CAD/CAM technology? Milling

Deuce-One Dental Lab mills everything in house…MADE IN USA. This gives us the accuracy and oversight that sets us apart from our competition. In a rush? We can get cases back to you in less than 24 hours! Many of our clients perform chair side milling in their own office. However, our lab offers these clients the ability to outsource cases when the complexity of the case or time commitment involved is more than they would like to do chair side.
